If your book is delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us straightaway, by email to bombercommandbooks@gmail.com
Please attach jpg images showing the damage or other reason for dissatisfaction and we will replace it.
If have complaints about the contents of the book, please email us and we'll be pleased to discuss it with you.

Payment is requested on order, as is traditional in shops.
We prefer payment via Paypal (you don't need your account and can pay by card).
Alternatively, you can send us a cheque, though that does take longer.
